Will I Get To Speak With A Physician?

Some states do not require a phone consultation. If you are a good candidate for treatment, your prescription will be approved and sent to the pharmacy to process and ship. You can always message the physician directly by logging into your SHOWW account. Find the order you want to discuss, click on "Active," and then message the physician directly under "Physician Messages." Your physician will then get back to you as soon as possible.

How much is the prescription medication?

The cost varies, but all prices are listed on the product page of SHOWW.com. We strive to keep our prices competitive, and we also offer free consultations and shipping.

What is your return policy?

Prescriptions are non-returnable due to legal restrictions. However, we're here to help. Contact our customer service at support@SHOWW.com, and we'll do our best to provide you with a solution. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process for any cancellations. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for orders already processed by the pharmacy.

Do I need to be home to sign for the order?

No signature is required upon receipt.

Currently, we do not accept insurance for services on SHOWW.com. However, our services can be more affordable than many co-pays, especially with our free virtual consultations.
